Nevertheless, it can happen that our products are damaged during the guarantee period, which prevents them from being used properly. Insofar as this damage cannot be traced back to improper use of the tire cushions, we will take your complaint seriously and feed the findings back into our quality management. 

If you notice damage to one of your tire cushions, please send us an email to Please attach photos of the damage to this email and give us your contact details. If there is damage caused by improper use, the buyer bears the return costs.
